to offer a dining program complete with menu selections that
entail just about every item you can imagine. Just feast your eyes

Dillard Dining offers an innovative approach to on-campus
dining: a totally integrated food program that
brings to you a great selection of fresh foods being served at
different platforms. The following is a brief description of some
of the dining options we offer.
Please join us this fall as we taste the outer limits of culinary cuisine at My Kitchen … featuring tastes from around the world. Reaching to the far end of the globe, we will present opportunities to learn new styles of cooking, new foods, new cultures and, in many cases, introduce the Dillard community to a healthier way of eating. Each week we will be going global while cooking local, featuring a different fusion of food and culture. In addition to our new My Kitchen platform, we will also entice your palate with the following....

- Soup n' Salad
Soup 'n' Salad is truly an exciting fusion of delectable entrée
salads created by our expert chefs and a crisp palette of greens,
crispy vegetables and great toppings.
- Tossed around Pizza and Pasta
Pizza & Pasta is the place to go for creative, handtossed pizzas served
hot-out-of-the-oven. Exotic crusts, like basil, parmesan or whole
wheat oregano, topped with gourmet sauces and only the freshest
meats and vegetables.
- Classics
Offering soul-warming stick-to-your-ribs cooking - with a creative
flair. Wholesome meals based on traditional comfort foods. At
the classics station you can find a well-rounded meal featuring
local favorites, such as, Red Beans and Rice, Gumbo and Catfish. This station also offers a daily vegetarian option.

- Beverages
Of course, no meal is complete without the right beverage, and our Beverage Bar offers a wide variety of beverages to meet the preferences and needs of our students.
- International
Perhaps nowhere will our passion for restaurant quality dining sizzle as at your International sauté station, featuring an exhibition of authentic international favorites. You can select exactly what ingredients you like and watch as your meal is created before your eyes, precisely the way you want it.
- Grill
The grill station features your grilled favorites, such as, burgers, cheeseburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches and french fries.
